In order to Keep top management happy I must increase sales and in order to increase sales I must get orders to customers faster. But, in order to Keep top management happy I must also keep direct labor from increasing and in order to keep direct labor from increasing I must not increase number of setups. I can't both get orders to customers faster and not increase number of setups.
