The President of Jacobi's Car Wash has asked me the General Manager if it would be more proftable to build another car wash bay to service the growing number of customers to meet peak hour demand.

But, in order to Keep the company profittable I must also Keep customers happy and have repeat customers and in order to Keep customers happy and have repeat customers I must give customers another washing option and reduce wait time.
