In order to satisfy the customers' wants and needs while making profit I must provide customers the service they may want or need and in order to provide customers the service they may want or need I must hire employees to hand dry and vacuum customer cars. But, in order to satisfy the customers' wants and needs while making profit I must also keep the vacuum islands profitable and in order to keep the vacuum islands profitable I must let customers dry and vacuum their cars by themselves at our provided vacuum stations. I can't both hire employees to hand dry and vacuum customer cars and let customers dry and vacuum their cars by themselves at our provided vacuum stations.
