Your team assigned to a project needs to deliver a product to a customer soon. The product involves two integrated modules. One module is made by a contracted external software company, In-Tech (ITC). ITC's part is severely flawed. The team agrees not to report it to our project manager. Should you formally report the incident to the Senior VP of SSC?
