Should we hire her?

Hiring a customer care team member part-time. Has a canidate who is a very good canidate and has went through 2 interviews with the Customer Care Manager and the CEO. Company uses a personality test to see if they are the right person for the job. On the personality test, her scores were not in line with what the position needs. The company spends the money on a test to help see if they are a right fit. Do we ignore the test and hire her based on the interview process alone or do we not hire her based on the test scores?

D: Not hire her because of the test scores on the personality test
D': Hire her because her personality and traits in the interview makes me think she would be great at the position
B: have her succeed and prevent the department from suffering because she may not be a good fit for the position as the test states.
C: pass up on a great canidate (which are hard to find) because I am only taking into consideration the test and not the face to face interviews
