My team and I have reached a dilemma regarding our current Advanced Production Scheduling (APS) project. We discovered significant faults in the commissioned work by our new vendor, In-Tech (ITC). To not report the faults to the Senior VP and continue the integration of my team’s work with ITC’s, would likely result in a failure at our client’s site, negatively affecting our client’s business performance. To report the faults to the Senior VP, address this concern, and postpone the integration, would add to SSC’s growing pipeline clog of over-budget, delayed projects.

B: ensure trust, transparency, and our reputation for high performance, both as a team and as a company
D: report ITC’s faulty work to the Senior VP and postpone integration until the faults are addressed

C: be timely with deadlines and prevent SSC’s growing pipeline clog of delayed projects from growing
D': continue the integration of ITC’s faulty work without reporting to the Senior VP

In order to successfully deliver the APS project to the client as agreed we must ensure trust, transparency, and our reputation for high performance, both as a team and as a company and in order to ensure trust, transparency, and our reputation for high performance, both as a team and as a company we must report ITC’s faulty work to the Senior VP and postpone integration until the faults are addressed. But, in order to successfully deliver the APS project to the client as agreed we must also be timely with deadlines and prevent SSC’s growing pipeline clog of delayed projects from growing and in order to be timely with deadlines and prevent SSC’s growing pipeline clog of delayed projects from growing we must continue the integration of ITC’s faulty work without reporting to the Senior VP. we can't both report ITC’s faulty work to the Senior VP and postpone integration until the faults are addressed and continue the integration of ITC’s faulty work without reporting to the Senior VP.
