Project Milestone 3 SSC Study

I am a member of a four-person, self-managing team. My team is working on a project called APS—a project that has been underway for the past few months and which consists of two core modules. SSC has promised a key customer that the APS system will be delivered and fully operationalized one month from today. In-Tech, a software company were contracted to create core modules for the project. While reviewing the modules, I find a major bug that will impact performance of the system and will not allow customers to do business until the issue is resolved. Do I report the issue to the Senior VP of SSC against my teams wishes or keep quiet and push the product out?

But, in order to follow ethical procedures in the workplace and have a good relationship with my team I must also ensure ethical practices are followed in the work place and in order to ensure ethical practices are followed in the work place I must report the issue to the senior VP against the wishes of my team. I can't both not report the issue to the senior VP and report the issue to the senior VP against the wishes of my team.
