C: ensure that my employees are satisfied
D': leave the existing hours for employee's break time

In order to ensure that the company is profitable I must increase capacity of the bottleneck and in order to increase capacity of the bottleneck I must change the break time hours for my employees. But, in order to ensure that the company is profitable I must also ensure that my employees are satisfied and in order to ensure that my employees are satisfied I must leave the existing hours for employee's break time. I can't both change the break time hours for my employees and leave the existing hours for employee's break time.

RelationAssumption(s)Injection(s)
D-D'i can't leave the existing hours and have the machine work at all times.if Alex hire employees who do not belong to union, then he can create a more flexible policy which can satisfy his need
B-Dthe bottleneck needs someone to operate the machine during the break timeif the machine could have a button that could run without supervision, then the bottleneck will not need someone to operate the machine during the break time
C-D'they will not be used to have break time at a different hourfinding the right incentive to change employees mind about the break time, then they will feel more engage with different break hours
A-Bincreasing capacity will lead to a more productive and efficient companyIf we use an older machine which is able to eliminate the bottleneck, then there's no need to change the break time hours of the employees
A-Cthe more satisfied the employees are, the more they will produce for the companythere is no injection for this particular assumption
