In order to complete the footings for turbines by 30th November as in contract we must pay 1.5 mil more to pushing up the equipment to complete the footings and in order to pay 1.5 mil more to pushing up the equipment to complete the footings we must complete the footings for gas turbines by 1st November. But, in order to complete the footings for turbines by 30th November as in contract we must also keep running project in the original schedule and in order to keep running project in the original schedule we must complete the footings for the gas turbines by 30th November. we can't both complete the footings for gas turbines by 1st November and complete the footings for the gas turbines by 30th November.
