In order to identify the owner for account terminations so they are completed accurately and within the prescribed time frame we must agree on the industry accepted definitions for accountable and responsible and in order to agree on the industry accepted definitions for accountable and responsible we must agree that the Account Administration team owns the process and therefore are (A)ccountable and the tool owner performs the automated terminations and are therefore (R)esponsible. But, in order to identify the owner for account terminations so they are completed accurately and within the prescribed time frame we must also please our VP and in order to please our VP we must go along with our VP's idea of assigning it to the tool owner. we can't both agree that the Account Administration team owns the process and therefore are (A)ccountable and the tool owner performs the automated terminations and are therefore (R)esponsible and go along with our VP's idea of assigning it to the tool owner.
