Personal experience part 2 of project milestone #3

my managers from back in the Netherlands want to implement a new communication method in the form of a task list which does not reflect accurately what the work is that has to be done in my opinion.

D: do the work I normally do and not fill in the task list as it does not reflect the work I do.

In order to ensure the work is done appropriately and follow management orders to be a good employee I must do my work appropriately and ensure that the work that has to be done for the next shift is done. and in order to do my work appropriately and ensure that the work that has to be done for the next shift is done. I must do the work I normally do and not fill in the task list as it does not reflect the work I do.. D-D'Doing the task list will leave out a lot of tasks that are necessary for the next shift, while not doing the tasks by the task list is not what management wants.Work together with management to adjust the task list to accurately reflect what work has to be done when.
B-Dby doing the task list I leave a lot of work undone which causes delays for the next shift and this will carry over to the next day and it will not be resolved until someone decides to their job without following the task list.Do the work and make notes on the task list saying what I did as extra tasks.
C-D'these are the orders of the management and doing what managers want makes a person a good employee. Notify the managers of the issues with the task list and give my input to make adjustments to this list.
