My project team does not believe an issue should be reported to the project manager because it is unlikely to be resolved and will likely cause problems with the team. I think the problem should be reported.

In order to keep a positive rapport with my team members and project manager at SSC. I must fix bugs in ITC's module so business can be conducted and in order to fix bugs in ITC's module so business can be conducted I must formally report the bug to Senior VP. But, in order to keep a positive rapport with my team members and project manager at SSC.
