But, in order to Keep employees happy while maximizing the capacity of the bottleneck I must also Honor the contract of the Union and in order to Honor the contract of the Union I must Follow the Union contract set up for employee break times. I can't both Change break times for workers and Follow the Union contract set up for employee break times.
