In order to Improve customer service I must make the shipment on time. and in order to make the shipment on time. I must break the rule and tell the customer myself.. But, in order to Improve customer service I must also to follow company policy and in order to to follow company policy I must Wait on the account manager to contact them per company policy.. I can't both break the rule and tell the customer myself. and Wait on the account manager to contact them per company policy..
