In order to Be an effective leader I must Be true to myself and my values. and in order to Be true to myself and my values. I must Lead others with my natural personality: easygoing and gregarious.. But, in order to Be an effective leader I must also Maintain control over subordinates and in order to Maintain control over subordinates I must Change my natural personality and lead others with a firm stance in order to maintain control.. I can't both Lead others with my natural personality: easygoing and gregarious. and Change my natural personality and lead others with a firm stance in order to maintain control..
