In order to Be an effective leader I must Be true to myself and my values. and in order to Be true to myself and my values. I must Lead others with my natural personality: easygoing and gregarious.. But, in order to Be an effective leader I must also Maintain control over subordinates and in order to Maintain control over subordinates I must Change my natural personality and lead others with a firm stance in order to maintain control.. I can't both Lead others with my natural personality: easygoing and gregarious. and Change my natural personality and lead others with a firm stance in order to maintain control..

B-DIf I adopt any conflicting attitudes solely for leading purposes, I am changing who I am. If I adopt new attitudes for myself, then it would be enhancing who I am.
C-D'I would need to change from easy going to a firm stance in order to exude power and maintain control.There are others ways of exuding control.
A-BOne cannot lead others when we are not being ourselves; with our attitudes and values.
A-Cwithout the ability to be in control of subordinates, a leader loses power and cannot be effective.You can control subordinates actions through motivation and inspiration.
