I have found a problem with the new software set to go to a customer and need to bring it to the attention of my managers.

But, in order to Create a working and completed project we must also Proceed through the completion process as normal and in order to Proceed through the completion process as normal we must Not arrange a formal meeting. we can't both Arrange a meeting with the VP and Not arrange a formal meeting.
