D-D'I can either report or not report the bug to my Senior VP not both. There is a separate board to which I could report the situation and be advised on before reporting to the Senior VP.

C-D'If I report the bug, I am likely to receive the ire of my Senior VP who fires people who upset him like an immature child. If the Senior VP is ignorant enough to lose a valuable and loyal employee over something completely out of his control that is not his fault whatsoever, then maybe I am better off. I am a skilled professional who deserves more respect than that.
A-BThis is the best way to appear ethical, transparent and responsible. Removing myself from the decision and simply going along with the group consensus would eliminate the need to be held accountable for the action, at least on a personal moral/ethical level.
A-CI am a loyal employee who cares about my company and clients well-being and only want whats best for both of them. If I actually cared about my company and clients, I would think long-term instead of short-term. There may be a scandal or backlash over intentionally delivering incomplete and buggy products.
