Evaporatingclouds.com was originally build to help the user with very specific questions regarding the entities of the cloud itself. Having a well-formulated problem is said to provide half the solution.
An important part of the other half is to surface assumptions beneath the arrows of the cloud. While the software has proven its value in helping the user state the conflict as a cloud, it offered much less guidance on how to surface assumptions.
That has changed now, as we are implementing an idea originally proposed by Kelvyn Youngman, on how to combine the Evaporating Cloud and the Change Matrix.
